The platform

Event Decor Pros is a directory platform operated by Event Decor Pros LLC. It helps people discover event décor professionals and helps vendors manage eligible business listings. Directory information may come from public sources or vendors and can change; users should confirm details directly with a provider.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to create an account, claim or add a listing, or buy a plan. If you act for a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so. The service is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Accounts and listings

You must provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, rights, and permissions for information, photos, and other content they submit. A listing may be unclaimed or claimed. Claiming a listing does not make Event Decor Pros responsible for the vendor’s services, availability, or customer communications.

Plans and billing

Plan features and prices are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual rate until canceled. Upgrades generally take effect immediately and may have prorated charges or credits. Downgrades to a lower-priced plan, including annual-to-monthly changes, are scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation stops the next renewal and ordinarily leaves access available through the paid term. Payments are generally nonrefundable except where required by law.

Sponsored placement

Premium eligibility does not guarantee an active sponsored campaign. Availability depends on location, service context, inventory, campaign status, and other documented rules. Sponsored results are labeled. Organic ranking is not purchased, and we do not guarantee a position, impressions, clicks, leads, bookings, or revenue.

Content, moderation, and availability

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or inappropriate content. We may moderate, remove, or limit content or access to protect the directory and its users. Service availability can change, and we may suspend or terminate access where appropriate.

We respect copyright. We respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act by removing or disabling access to the material, and we terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
