Information we handle
We handle account information, vendor listing information, content vendors submit, and messages or requests sent through the service. Some vendor listing information is public. Location visibility is controlled by the listing’s configured visibility choices; private account information is not intended for public display.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments for paid subscriptions. Event Decor Pros does not store full card details. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Center. We may use service providers to operate the site, send service emails, provide analytics, and maintain security.
Cookies and analytics
We use session technologies needed for sign-in and site operation. We do not use session-replay tools that record keystrokes. Our fonts are served from our own servers, not a third-party font service. The site may use analytics and related technologies to understand service use and improve the directory. Browser settings may limit some cookies, but features may not work as intended.
Children
The service is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email billing@eventdecorpros.com and we will delete it.
Retention and requests
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet recordkeeping needs, resolve issues, and comply with applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email billing@eventdecorpros.com.
