Two guarantees

  • 30-day full refund

    If you are not happy in your first 30 days, email billing@eventdecorpros.com and we refund your payment in full and cancel your membership. No questions asked.

  • No Leads, No Charge (first quarter)

    Zero leads in your first 3 months after your page goes live? That quarter is refunded.

    Send us your 48-Hour Page Launch form, with at least 3 photos, within 14 days of joining. Your first quarter is the 3 months starting the day your page goes live (or 14 days after you join, if you never send the form). If that quarter ends with zero leads, and you kept your photos, description and service area on your page the whole time, email billing@eventdecorpros.com within 30 days after the quarter ends and we refund that quarter ($47.50). You stay a member for the rest of your year. You can cancel anytime so it won't renew, but the rest of the year isn't refunded.

A lead is a quote request or message a host sends you through your Event Decor Pros page or the Request a Quote form. Calls or website visits are not counted because we can't verify them.

Both guarantees apply to your first year only and are not renewed. Refunds are made only when you ask.

We promise what we control: your page, your features and these refunds. We never promise a number of leads or bookings.
