About this professional

Rosy Balloons is a Houston balloon decor business started by founder Rosy after she designed an arrangement for her own birthday about four years ago. It makes helium bouquets, jumbo balloons, custom garlands and backdrops for graduations, gender reveals, baby showers, birthdays and weddings. Clients can collect pre-built grab-and-go garlands from the appointment-only store, or book delivery and installation in select Houston areas.
