About this professional
Gathering Floral & Event Design is a Charleston studio that plans and designs weddings, private celebrations and corporate events, from intimate dinners to multi-day gatherings, locally and in other parts of the country and abroad. Owner Heather Barrie founded it more than 20 years ago and has partnered with designer Mary Ruth Miller for fifteen. The team creates lush, nature-inspired floral installations from seasonal blooms, provides floral and design services to other planners, and teaches workshops.
