About this professional

Brooklyn Balloon Company was founded in 2011 by Robert Moy, a Williamsburg resident with a background in graphic design, lighting and fine jewelry. It produces custom balloon installations and displays for corporate events, bar and bat mitzvahs, weddings and birthday parties across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island City. Moy also creates balloon art for exhibitions, including resin balloon sculptures in a fine art series.
