About this professional

Blooming Balloons Events & Decor is a Tampa Bay balloon decorating business founded in 2019 by Whendy, who handles client inquiries and works on-site at installations. It decorates corporate occasions such as grand openings, meetings and holiday parties, along with weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, graduations and religious celebrations. Backdrops and rentals can be paired with balloon displays, and the team covers design, installation and cleanup.
